Why do I need a financial advisor?

A financial advisor is crucial for a school in the process of making large financial decisions. We offer advice and guidance on any site selection, financial practices, or transactions.

For any big change or decision, a financial advisor should be present. An advisor is legally required to advocate for the school's interests. This separates them from an underwriter who cannot look out for a school's interests because they are legally required to act as a fiduciary for the investors alone.

Your Advocate at

Every Step

A facility project brings together developers, lenders, underwriters, architects, attorneys, contractors, and other professionals. Each plays an important role—but each also has their own responsibilities and objectives.

As your financial advisor, we help you evaluate recommendations, ask the right questions, and understand your options so you can make decisions with confidence. Our role is to protect your interests throughout the entire process.
